Catered Raw Bar
Native Oysters, Little Necks and fresh Chilled Shrimp Cocktail in a six-foot boat filled with ice garnished with our homemade cocktail sauce and lemon. The Raw Bar can be added onto your clambake, or enjoyed
on its own. With Clambake: Add $8.95 per person. Shucking on site available for addtl. $75 per server. Raw Bar Only: $14.95 per person* (75 person min.) includes two staff members shucking to order.

BOOKING A PARTY
Clambakes, Etc. will require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to hold a date and time and a credit card number until we receive the deposit.
Clambakes, Etc. will then mail you two copies of the catering contract. Simply sign them, keep one for your records and mail the other one back in the pre-addressed envelope.
If no further planning is required, we will not need anything else until 7 days prior to your function date (although we are always available for any questions or needs you have).
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Personal Check, Visa or MasterCard are accepted. There is a 3% charge on all credit card sales.
CERTIFICATION & INSURANCE
We carry Full Liability Insurance. All of our facilities are HACCP Certified.
