tradtional pit-style clambakes is
based on groups of 50 people or more.

What does Per Person Include?
We arrive
1 hour before serving time; set up the buffet tables with chaffing dishes,
all condimennts, claw crackers, wet naps and trash bins. We have it all. See Traditional

Does the price include tax and gratuity?
No. A 5% Massachusetts
Sales Tax plus 18% Gratuity will be added to the contracted price.
How do we pay?
At the time
of signing the contract, a $200. non-refundable deposit is required. Balance
is due on the day of the function.
When do you need to have our head count?
When the
contract is signed, an approximate number is used so we can start planning
your Clambake. Seven (7) days prior to the function, you will have to give
us a final head count.
What is on the menu?
- Choice of:
a 1-1/4 pound Lobster***,
12oz sirloin steak or
Char-broiled BBQ Chicken.
- Meals served with:
Home-made New England clam chowder, Native Cape Cod steamers,
mussels, linguica, corn on the cob, red bliss potatoes,
Home-made cole slaw, fresh rolls and butter and sliced
watermelon.

What are alternatives for non-fish eaters?
As long
as we know in advance; steaks, chicken, etc. are available. See Traditional

How long will Clambakes, Etc. be at the function?
Our
traditional pit-style clambake takes around 7 hours from the time we arrive
until all food is cooked and all trash is collected. We will arrive 5 hours
before serving time.
Our modern
pot-style clambake party takes around 2 1/2 to 3 hours from the time we arrive
until all food is cooked and all trash is collected. We arrive 1 hour before
serving time.
Who takes care of the trash?
Clambakes,
Etc. will remove all trash we create from the site.
Does Clambakes, Etc. carry insurance?
Yes, we have
Full Liability Insurance.
