On behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Cotuit Library Association, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the selection of oysters and shrimp that you provided for Broadway
on the Bay.
The presentation was very nice and your staff was both courteous and efficient. Their reliability and self-sufficiency really contributed significantly to the over-all presentation of the event. I know
that the guests were very pleased.
As you know, the Cotuit Library is a small, private library which means that the Board of Trustees has to raise more than 50% of the library’s funding every year. Your support for this event was
therefore important to the library’s operation and effectiveness.

Many comments on how good the lobster and corn was. Steamers were nicely sized and tasty.
I liked the tin foil tray. It is bigger and deeper than card board ones.

The clambake was wonderful. Very tasty, well presented, and the clean up was impressive. In the future, you may want to include broth/warm water to rinse the steamers as some were gritty. Guests fashioned
their own with bottled water.

Thank you all for making a special day even more wonderful. My son, Josh, and his lovely bride, Solveig, were married at the Bank St. Beach last Saturday and the reception
followed at our home in Harwich with an incredible clambake catered by Clambakes Etc. The young men who did the cooking and serving were delightful, the bartender was totally gracious and accommodating
to all and the food was beyond our wildest dreams. The compliments on the food are still coming in from all who celebrated with us!
The bride’s family all traveled from Germany, and this was the
first time any of them (as well as many of our guests) had ever experienced a clambake. The whole ambience was so relaxed and the food so delicious, that we just all had a totally carefree and very memorable
evening. Thank you…and you can be sure that we will recommend you to anyone we know who is contemplating a clambake!

We know you really had to step up to the plate when we welcomed more than
90 guests for the evening – and in the rain. We found your staff

Your attractive presentation was a really big hit. I, for one, was grateful
