Many comments on how good the lobster and corn was. Steamers were nicely sized and tasty. I liked the tin foil tray. It is bigger and deeper than card board ones. I have recommended you to many others.

On July 5, 2010, I had a Clambake catered by your company at 68 Pells Fishing in the City of Brewster. It was my wife’s 50th Birthday and I wanted it to be special. I will admit I was somewhat leery of hiring a company on the Cape, while I remained in the San Francisco area. However, my time frame made it necessary to do so. Thus, I put all my faith in your company and hoped it would be a wonderful experience for my lovely wife and our guests.

To say your company met my expectations would be an understatement. The staff was friendly, polite and patient. The food was fabulous and plentiful. Lest not forget that your staff also cleaned up after the event, which topped off the entire experience.

Both Ari & Kenny did an excellent job on our clambake for 20 people. First, we needed to push back the start time by 30 minutes which we were easily accommodated by Ari and Kenny. Second, we had a number of people for which this was their first clambake. Ari was most helpful in showing people how to separate and eat their lobsters. Third, the chowder was excellent. The seafood was sweet, and tender, and the entire menu was very well done. We will absolutely use Clambakes Etc. again.

The clambake was awesome!! The servers were polite, courteous, and very extremely accommodating. Our guests raved about the food! If I were to make any helpful suggestions, it would have to do with the age of our crowd. This was an 80th birthday party. Some of our guests had a hard time going up for the chowder and then up again for the clambake. If it could have come out all at once, or on a try that held the cup of chowder as well as the clambake- that might have been easier. On the other hand, the young crowd had no problem and we all thought we would use your services again. I told lots of people who you were and we look forward to seeing you again. Thanks for the wonderful clambake!

P.S. The next day we had all the leftovers. We added the clams to the chowder, we shelled the mussels and put them in a white wine sauce to reheat and we threw the rest on the grill. It all was great. Thank you for storing everything so well and the great clean-up. The day was perfect!

  We were so pleased with everything for our event last Saturday. The food was fantastic, the service extremely professional & efficient, and the clean up perfect! We had guests that have lived on the coast their whole lives and eaten many lobsters and they said it was the best lobster they’ve ever had!! Everything was cooked perfectly!
  I would particularly like to compliment your two servers- Percy and his wonderful female co-worker (her name escapes me right now)! They were just terrific. Very professional, prompt, and personable. I can’t compliment them enough for everything they did. Due to traffic and one of the few delightful Saturdays this summer, our guests were running late and your staff handled the delay with no problem. Please thank them again for us – we were all very impressed!

Thank you all for making a special day even more wonderful. My son, Josh, and his lovely bride, Solveig, were married at the Bank St. Beach last Saturday and the reception followed at our home in Harwich with an incredible clambake catered by Clambakes Etc. The young men who did the cooking and serving were delightful, the bartender was totally gracious and accommodating to all and the food was beyond our wildest dreams. The compliments on the food are still coming in from all who celebrated with us!

The bride’s family all traveled from Germany, and this was the first time any of them (as well as many of our guests) had ever experienced a clambake. The whole ambience was so relaxed and the food so delicious, that we just all had a totally carefree and very memorable evening.
